I walked into the Cool Red Room feeling very un happy with the way I looked, my hair was dull and in need of a revamp. The minute I entered into the Cool Red Room, my persona changed, I was greeted by Karen, who instantly made me feel more relaxed. I haven’t always had good experiences in Hair Salons so I was quite nervous, especially when I’m changing my hair brown to blonde. I was introduced to Petula who died my hair, I could not have been more happy with what she did, when I arrived I had the bottom half of my hair dark brown, and the top half a light BRASSY Blonde colour, (results of trying to dye my own hair). When she was finished, I was more than Happy . She ended up adding highlights, and low lights, which just lightened up my hair brighter for the summer, but also blended in my brown so it wasn’t so noticeable dark at the bottom which I wanted. I then saw Donna, who cut and st yled my hair, and showed me some styling tips as to blow drying my hair which I really appreciated. I couldn’t have been more happier that I checked out the Cool Red Room. With all the Newest Skills and Techniques being delivered from Donna and her Staff.
